Try just ŽLoveŽ
Sometimes an easier way to ease into saying "I love you" is just saying the central word - "Love". If saying all of it is too much just yet, try looking into your partnerŽs eyes while you dreamily lay against him or her, and saying, "Ah, love." ThatŽs admitting to the emotion without having to actually say the phrase :)
