Always compliment on your girlfriend or the girl you like. we love it when guys say you look really pretty or your eyes are so pretty. say something like that, dont make it too cheesy or she will think your just messing around.
AND: hug a girl around their lower waist, not the butt unless you have been dating awhile and your girlfriend is comfortbale with it.
ALSO: Never flirt when your girlfriend or crush is with you or a distance away where she can still here you. Give her all your attention. WE (Girls) LOVE IT!
