Now, when you want to converse with him, just kind of ease in to the topic. Make sure the topic is not a "bored to death" kind of topic. Ask some questions so that he can talk too. Sound energetic and smile at him while he talks. DON,T INTERRUPT!! That will make him think that you are the rude type.
