Create a Retreat
We all need a retreat in our world, somewhere we can go and just relax. It doesn't have to be an entire room. It can be just a corner, just a chair. Set it up with a pleasing spot to sit and read. You can put a little radio or set of speakers for your iPod there. Get some noise canceling headphones. Put up a poster of a beautiful beach scene or mossy forest. Whatever appeals to you, make this corner of your world your very own.
