Tales of the Ex @ RomanceClass - Lie after Lie I loved her for who she was, but it wasn't who I thought she was. I took care of her through her illnesses only to find out that she wasn't really sick. She told me she loved me, but was talking to and seeing three other men. She lied to people about having cancer for attention, she lied about her education because she was embarrassed, she needed other men because she never felt wanted. So why do I feel so hurt? She goes on with lie after lie and I am left wondering why she has done what she has done. I returned back to her over 3,000 miles to be with the woman that I loved on to be betrayed and shamed for no reason. I gave her my heart and she gave me a fabricated story.
