Well, only about 3 months down the road, he ended it, saying that he wasn't ready for a long-term commitment. Well, we decided to be friends because that was the only way I could keep him in my life. So, we became the best of friends and for the next 4 years, we were very on again-off again friends. Many things happened in these 4 years...I was involved in another relationship, but he was always on my mind. Then, after about a year of not talking to each other, we started our friendship again and have been going strong ever since.
