Visitor's Question: ok i need some advice on what to do. i know this girl and we have been hanging out a lot lately and starting to kinda connect. well recently she started dropping hints that she wanted more from us than just friends. i was talking to one of my best friends about it and he was happy for me i thought. later she quit talking to me and then i was told by her that my best friend had just asked her out on a date and she accepted. what do i do? this hurts to know that someone ive known almost all my life would do this too me. will i ever get a chance with the girl? should i still be friends with him? or even her for that matter? thanks for the help Our Suggestion: This is a mess. First have a talk with your good friend and find out from him why he did what he did. It is possible that he misunderstood your interest in the girl. If there was no misunderstand but he just went behind your back tell him you no longer consider him a friend and walk away. Since he only asked her out on a date, there is no reason for you to hold back. Ask her if she would go out on a date with you and let her know that your good friend had gone behind your back.
