We were engaged to be married and I called it off because I didnt think the timing was right. We ended up taking a break for a few months and for the last 3-4 months we've been spending a lot of time together. But I wasn't smart enough to make a commitment to her again becuase I was enjoying being single. She continued to wait around for me, but about a month ago she decided she was over me and wanted to move on. Now, four weeks later, she tells me she found someone else whom she is very interested in. Now all I can do is think about how I messed up and how Im going to try to get her back. She is going to visit this new guy in four weeks! I need some advise, how do I win her back before she goes out to visit him?! Our Suggestion: Sometimes we get what we want and then too late realize it wasn't what we really wanted. This is what happened to you. And if you tried to get her back what would make her believe that you wouldn't dump her again? Are you really sure you want her back or is that old enemy jealousy that has brought her back into your heart? You better be sure because a lot is riding on it. Are you sure you want to give up your single days again? Are you sure she hasn't changed now and is not the same woman? Be very clear with yourself before taking action. Now what? If you have decided you really want her back before she goes to visit the guy, what can you do? You could try the poems, candy, flowers, songs routine if you think she would go for it. You could have long deep honest and caring talks with her and explain how you feel for her now and that you are sure of it. Or a combination of the two. There are no tricks to getting her back... you will need patience, care, and good communications and the hard work of convincing her you are for real and hoping she cares. Good luck!
