Me and my girlfriend Suggest Advice Do you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: Okay, my girlfriend is going through this thing where she doesnt know what she wants, if im what she wants forever or someone else. There was this old friend who just started talking to her, and i guess hes putting it through her on whether or not to be with me. Well we talked and i told her id give her some space and let her find out for herself what she wants, we took a break. I told her that i wanted her to go with him today and see what it is she wants. Well i had to turn in my tux at this store and as soon as i walked up, i seen um, and it really hurt to see them together. Well i turned my stuff in and then i called her and said that i just wanted her to be with him if thats what she wanted, but i know i shouldnt have called. What do i need to do, do i need to let her have her space, break up with her, or what? Id really appreciate some help please cuz this is really hurting me. Our Suggestion: I am sorry that you are hurting. Breaks and breaking up usually hurts one of the partners. A good thing for you to do is to make sure she knows you still care about her. Call her once a week for about 15 mins to see how she is doing, be cheerful and don't dwell on your relationship. This break may be temporary. Good luck!
