Our Suggestion: A good thing to do is to discuss this problem with the girl you want to hold hands with. Tell her you want to hold hands but your hands get sweaty whenever you think about it. Show her your hands as evidence. If you can do this, your hands will sweat less because you won't be so anxious about it. Try touching fingertips with her.
