Visitor's Question:
Well… this is quite similar to some of the questions there…but it’s not EXACTLY the same… similar is, I work opposite him too…

I will always catch him looking at me and he will look away quickly when I catch him doing that. We don’t know each other at all… we don’t talk, we don’t smile, and we are like complete strangers. I don’t go to work everyday, I only go when my friend’s aunt needs help with her shop, and I will go there to work. He works at MacDonald on irregular days too…

Is he staring at me and his friends staring at me too a sign of him liking me? Well, I guess I do like him, since we have seen each other for, like… 4 separate days? But, I had to go back to school, so I did not go back for a number of weeks. These few days are public holidays, thus, I went there to help again. I went there for two continuous days, and on the first day, he arrived. He seemed to want my attention, as he walked right in front of my shop 3 times before going into Macdonald. But after that, he seemed to be ignoring me. After half an hour, he went back in to the serving counter instead of the ice cream bar counter where he always is and I don’t see him anymore.

The second day I went there, he didn’t arrive although I saw him there on the same day at the same time a few weeks ago. What is wrong? I seem to miss not seeing him, and I can’t just go forward asking people where he is, what his number is, or something. That was probably the last time I could see him, as school is reopening and he seems to be the same age as me. And he also needs to go back to school.
Does he like me? Or was it just my imagination? How do I get my mind off him? Since I’m probably not going there anymore forever…I might as well give him up…

Our Suggestion:
I agree that you should try to forget him.

First of all, you can't be sure that he likes you anyway. And, second school is a problem.

Focus on finding someone in your school and making real contact with him.

Good luck! George
