Visitor's Question:
My last relationship lasted three years and it ended because she cheated on me multiple times. Two years later into the present i found a new girl and for about 5 months things were great, I had zero feelings of jealousy. I then read something about how she was going to cheat on me on her trip she was taking. I've talked with her about this, but my jealousy has yet to subside. When I am with her i am never jealous and I don't care what she wears, does or who she hangs out with. But when I am away from her I worry way too much and think she's plotting to cheat on me behind my back. About a week ago I walked in on her laying down with another guy on one fold down couch and her roomate and a guy on the other. I broke up with her instantly. The thing is she's been a wreck the whole time and has apologized repeatedly and has no idea why she did it cause she doesn't like this guy at all. I am really in love with her she's a great girl, but why did i feel so jealous and worried about her going behind my back before? And even now that she says she is sorry and doesn't know why she messed things up and I do believe her she is sorry and will never do it again but how do i stop feeling so worried all the time that she is with some other guy while i am at work or away? And for the record I have been this way with every girl since the relationship i spoke of in the beginning. They obviously do not last long, but this one did and i really want to stay with this girl. How do i fix myself so i can allow it to happen?

Our Suggestion:
Jealousy is a very difficult feeling for any relationship.

It violates the rule that every good relationship is based on trust.

Here is a good webpage that will help you with jealousy:
