Suggest Advice

Do you have some advice for this person?

There's this really goodlooking guy that is a regular at my work. We've been flirting on and off at the cash, and last week he asked for my number to ask advice on something. He text me, and we met up that night. I gave him my advice and next thing you know,he switched topic and told me that I was definatley his type.The next night he asked me to meet up again so i said sure. we ended up watching movies really late and i ended up staying the night at his place (without anything happening) all we did was cuddle all night/talk and he kissed me. the next morning he took me for breakfast and took me home. Everything was going so well until he never called me the following day or day after that.I text him that i'd really like to see him again and he replied "After Thursday because I have a huge midterm comming up" (which is understandable)but still...nothing. I still see him at work and we flirt and so on, but nothing more then that. I decided to write him a mini letter just stating how im interested, and that i'd like to know if he is aswell. I gave it to him after my shift at work, and he didn't call or text me about the letter at all. The next day at work I went up to him and asked if he read the letter...he told me "Oh no! I left it in my other jacket pocket and forgot to read it!" (which is really hard to beleive) so I replied "sure..." and stayed mad at him. Later on that night i wanted to make him jealous, so I told him that my ex boyfriend asked me out on a date on Monday. (both him and my ex are neighbours, so they know each other well) He got really angry and said "WHY ARE YOU TELLING ME THIS!?" And left without saying goodbye. The next day he asked me if I wanted to meet up later on that night so i said "sure". He never ended up calling that night and didn't answer my phone call. So the next day I text him "don't ever talk to me again" I then came to work and he came up to me and tried to talk to me. I ignored him all day, until i felt that i should say something. So i went up to him and said "so why didn't you call last night?" He replied "I went to bed early i was pretty wasted last night...and I hope you have fun with your ex on that date Monday..." I felt so stupid i walked away. I asked him to meet up that night just to chat but he told me that he couldn't because he had to go home and study for an exam the next day, and asked for a raincheck. before he left my work he came up to me and said "i gotta leave now, let me know how the date went, bye."

Honestly, I don't know what to do in this situation. It's just going back and forth. Is he just playing with my head? or is he just not sure on how to handle things and is mad because of my ex?

Our Suggestion:
He is hard to figure out.

Maybe he talked to his neighbor and found out that you really didn't have a date with him. That would turn him off... the lying.

Or maybe he just doesn't like you as much as you thought.

Why not ask him?
