Visitor's Question: I have this friend well basicly an ex gf and she's now a lesbain and is in a realionship with someone and she wants to have a sex change soon. She never had sex with a guy and wants me to be the one and only guy she has it with.... I'm confused and don't know what to do Our Suggestion: This is a tough question to answer.
