How should i get him to like me?

Do you have some advice for this person?

I like this lad in first year of 6th form at my school, my mate told him i liked him coz hes friends with him and he said "yeah shes ok"
Ive not talked to him or anything but ive asked a few mates of mine in 6th form who are also friends with him stuff about him.
I really like him but i dont know what to do about it, it'll be hard trying to talk to him now he knows i like him, and especially seeing as i would only really get the chance to talk to him at break or lunch.
I could get his msn, but do you think that would seem obsessive in any way?
Or should i just go for it?

Please help me coz i cant just give up, seeing as hes there every day. And i still believe i have a chance coz i havent actually talked to him

Talk to him at lunch or break and get his msn.

This would not be obsessive. You can only be obsessive after chasing someone for a while.

So try to talk to him at lunch and break and during the talks try to get his msn. He will probably be delighted to have a girl approach him.
