Um i ask for some help about a week ago and this is the answer i got back

I think you have analyzed the situation very well.

The tough part is how to change things back. Maybe there is no way to
do it but I know you are going to try.

Ask her if you can call once a week for 15 mins. just to see how she is
doing and say hello. No talk about relationships and be pleasant.
This will give her the space she needs and give you the contact you need.

Then after a month or so, ask her if she would like to meet for coffee
or whatever. You have a big hill to climb, but this would be a start.

but the thing is i havent talk to her in over 2 weeks at all becasue im scard to because i dont wont things to get worse between us. but i was just thinking may be next week on valintins day i would leave a box on her door step with a flower and some chocolate she is won of the bigest chocolate lovers in the world i thinking of getin her like 10 boxes and maybe it will spark some thing in her maybe the love will come back but i dont know what do you think i know its a long shot but it killin me more and more every night not havin her in my life is it a good idea or not?
