a parallel universe Suggest Advice Do you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: It's been seven years and i still see him in my dreams. Everyday are little reminders of him. He is happily married with two children and i am single with a child that was left by the father. i can't help but think that this wasn't the fate i was suppost to have. In a Parallel universe i wouldn't have let him go. He wouldn't have married her, he would have married me. i see them once a year now when they come back home to visit. my heart breaks everytime. Please help me, my love life is spiraling out of control. Our Suggestion: I'm sorry you are still suffering after all these years. If thinking of parallel universes comforts you then continue thinking of them. If they discourage you then don't. I believe in "serial" universes where all possibilities occur in the future one after another. I also live a similar life as do you and have similar memories and thoughts. Take cheer from his happiness and wish him well in your mind, as I'm sure you do. Keep up with friends and romances which will help distract you. Consider strongly seeking professional counseling which should have a positive affect on you, although it is unlikely to bring full happiness. Being a little happier is a worthwhile goal. Good luck!
