Do you have some advice for this person?

hi I hope you can help me or atleast give me some kind of advice since I'm going crazy not knowing what to do. I had a girlfriend of three years and we lived together for almost two years. we just broke up because she said that she didn't see a future with me. that she used to but the
feeling started to fade away and she don't she her future with me as I do I want to marry her and have kids with her but she don't see that anymore she used to. it hurts because I loved her with all my heart and I know I lost prob the greatest thing in my life dunno if because the
fights we had or wat but I wish I could still make her see her future with me. she tells me she loves me and everytime or almost all the time we speak one or both of us end up crying. is been a week since she broke up with me and I have try to keep wanting her back I keep asking for one
more chance and she says she loves me and she don't want to be with no one else but she has to find herself and that hopefull she can come back to me, but what am i suppoused to do I want to talk to her and at the same time not to talk to her so she can miss me but i feel that if i tdont talk to her thn she will ofrget abotu me and never come back, I love her and I want and need her back I love her so much we just spend the last 2nights together and she loves me I know it but still dont want to be with me and I dont want to lose her I want to have her back plllzz help me plz.

Our Suggestion:
Your dilemma is that if you hold her too tightly she will be pushed away, but if you give her too much space she may forget you.

First, remember this has only been a week and breakups often are patched up within two weeks.

So this advice is for a week or two from now. Make sure she knows you love her and are waiting for her. Talk with her once a week for about 15 min to see how each other are doing. No talk of relationships except to say you still miss her. This is the middle way between holding her too tight and letting her go.

Keep in mind that perhaps nothing is going to work and even if you got her back you may have second thoughts about it now that she has left you once.
