It is very difficult to tell how another person is feeling. You can tell if she is happy and comfortable and that's a good sign. Are you allowed to hug her in school? If so that's the next step you should take. If you have to wait for a date, then hug and kiss her and unless she is feeling nervous and shy, she will start to get turned on. Sometimes you can feel a girl's body get warm all of a sudden and that is a pretty good sign she is turned on. And if her body stays warm that is even better.
