over the past 4 weeks i've come to be really be attracted to and in a sense fall in love with a girl i go to school with (college). I really like her because we have almost the same interests and we can talk to each other for hours and hours. Well we hung out alot and saw a few movies and she's been to my place and we've had alot of fun together. Well i finally worked up the courage to ask her out and she said yes. I can't tell you how great that made me feel. Well we went out to dinner and came back to my place. i didn't push or anything the most i did was give her a hug when i took her home. Well the next day i called her and asked if i could take her to dinner again the next weekend and she said yes. well we also made plans to go do something with friends the following day. well the week went on and i called to see when she wanted me to pick her up for dinner and she said she had to take care of stuff so we'd just meet up the next day. well next day comes and as we're getting ready to leave she says "i thnk ur going to hate me , but we're just friends right?" and say i'm ok with that cuz she's a great girl and a good friend. well while we're out she says she still wants me to meet her parents. and she hung out and we rented movies and got pizza and the funny thing is she paid for it. i think she is kind of scared of dating because she remarked to one of my female friends (strictly platonic friend) that she liked how i liked to hang out with her since is kind of a tomboy (very big into video games like i am .)) and doesn't wear makeup or wear dresses or anything. I really am in love with this girl and i've never felt this strong about ANYONE. what should i do??? i really like just having her as a friend and she wants to keep hanging out, but what can i do? I'd do anything to be able to sweep her off her feet and show her how much i love her. now don't get me wrong i'm not some crazy guy who's not going to stalk her or anything, its just i like her soooo much and would do anything to have her in my life as more than a friend. Should i wait a while and be really good friends then ask her to give me a chance?? or should i just cut my loses . i need help.

Our Suggestion:
She said she would go out with you but then changed her mind.

Keep doing what you are doing and she will probably want to go out with you again. You two are a good match. Wait a while and ask her to go out again.

Have a talk with her on your relationship and why she decided to become friends again. If she is uncomfortable talking about it then drop it.
