Breaking The Ice with someone you dont know Suggest Advice Do you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: I’m 17 and I have a crush on a freshman at school. I want to introduce myself but I don’t know how to approach her and don’t know what to say. I sometimes see her walking with her friends after lunch, I was thinking of talking to her there, she sometimes walks with 1 or 2 of her friend’s right next to her. I was thinking of saying "Hey or Hi, what’s your name" and she would respond and I would say "ooo that’s a pretty name" which it is, and then say " I think your pretty or cute" and then tell her where I hang out and ask her to drop by sometimes and talk. I don't know if I should say "I think you pretty or cute" I might make it seem to forward. I was just wounding if i was going the right direction in introducing myself. Keep in mind we dont know each other at all. Our Suggestion: Sounds like a plan. After you tell her you like her name, tell her your name. Save telling her she is pretty until you get her alone.
