getting over a first love Suggest Advice Do you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: i am 18 years old Me and my boyfriend were together for 2 and a half years we had a baby together and she passed away 14 hours later we lived togehter and we were together everyday for 8 months we were supposed to get an apartment and he told me he wanted to marry me one day but at the last minute he decided he wasnt ready and he was moving back with his dad after that everythign went downhill we broke up he told me he loved me n missed me a few weeks later and i let him stay with me and he ended up tellin me we should just be friends after he left, this guy was my first love and ive tried everyway to get over him but its not seeming to help what should i do to help me get over him after everything weve been through? Our Suggestion: Find things to keep your mind off of him. New guys is an obvious suggestion, but you could also spend more time with your friends, family, hobbies, internet, games, sports, movies, videos, music, etc, etc. Time will heal this wound and the more you think of yourself instead of him the better off you will be.
