maybe im contacting the wrong people, but im doing everything i can.

im not sure what the problem is, probably psychological or something, but im 18 and i cannot for the life of me get off with a girl. i wasnt able to get off during sex, though i was SLIGHTLY drunk and i prematurely ejaculated a little. i also masturbated with a girl next to me while feeling her chest and she was touching me and it took an hour and i finally gave up. what is wrong with me?????????

ive never been able to ejaculate with a girl, but it works fine when i masturbate although it seems to take a very long time. sometimes like 10 minutes or longer often. foreplay is physical touch or being naked and just doing anything and everything. ive never been in a serious relationship but the girl im with now means a lot to me, i love her. when im having sex or jerking off or anything i have a very hard time concentrating, especially when someone else is there for some reason. i can only stay horny when im by myself and im thinking about getting it, but if im actually getting it then its no longer a big deal to me and i cant even keep an erection!!! im afraid something is wrong with me and ill never be able to have any sexual relations with a girl and ill never be able to have kids and something is wrong with me! not only is this embarassing, im afraid and angry and sad and scared and what if im never able to get off with a girl?!?

Our Suggestion:
First thing to try is to fantasize while you are with a girl.

This isn't the best thing to do because it could become a habit. But if you take your mind away from what's going on it might work.

If it doesn't please contact a professional sex therapist (see yellow pages).
This problem may just go away after a little more experience you are right to be worried about it. If you are in college go to the campus mental health center for help.
