Visitor's Question: My girlfriend and I were together for 2 months and then she broke up with me 4 months ago because I was to aggressive, but I have changed, she has notice these changes and now she says that I am once again the man she fell in love with, she says she has feelings for me, cares about me and wants me to be happy, she says I’m the most wonderful man in the world, but she says she doesn’t love me like before, she says that before she would have died for me and she wanted nothing more than to be with me forever, but now she’s afraid to get hurt again, she has even said that she knows she’s a coward and that maybe she’s giving up her best chance for true love and happiness but that she’s just too afraid to try again. When I don’t contact her she contacts me and she still wants to be close to me. She said we better just be friends but when we are alone she kisses me and even though we broke up, we still make love from time to time, and she keeps calling me by the same sweet nicknames she had for me when we were a couple. I’m 31 and she’s 22, how can I get her back?, What should I do?, Is she just playing with me? Our Suggestion: Two months of dating is really not a strong basis for eternal love. She probably got cold feet somewhere along the way. You are doing the right thing now. Keep seeing her and grow closer and closer until she feels like she did before. I don't think she is playing with you. She is strongly attracted to you but has fears--probably the same ones she had when she broke up with you.
