how do i get to the first step Suggest Advice Do you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: iv known this girl in my class for about a year now and we have gotten very close. She was in one of my classes last year and now shes in 3 with me. The Problem is iv never really done anything to get closer to her just really talk and laugh and stuff. I read about starting to make alot of physical contact with her but after a year of not really being that close it would just seem weird to start like hugging her or w/e this late in the game. I really like her now and i have no idea how to make the first suttle step of touching Our Suggestion: How about this.... Instead of you taking the first step of touching her, you give her a sad look and say "I'm sad, could you give me a hug?" After she hugs you if she asks why you are sad tell her it was because you couldn't think of a subtle way of touching and that's what you've been wanting to do. Tell her you've been "developing feelings" for her and want to be closer. Give her a chance to reply and hopefully she will answer positively. Good luck!
