Getting the Love We Had BackSuggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: I had been going out with my girlfriend for two and a half years, the whole time it was amazing the connection we had, know as the perfect couple we were. We had little bumps along the way and sorted them out as everyone gets. We used to have our talks, with each other and over the phone during the week when we where with each other, we both felt connected during the times of the week when we were both at school and not able to see each other, we always missed each other and always looked forward to the times we had together. But over the last month, i have recently moved to a new college and we have been seeing each other less than we used to before that. We haven’t arranged to go out to do anything over the past month when we see each other and i had been in a negative way with her when i saw her, envious of her going out with her friends now having a good time and just wanting us to have that happiness. She broke up with me now four days ago and we have arranged to meet up in a week’s time from now and see how we get on. She told me when we broke up that she didn’t feel the love she used to anymore. We are having our 'space' atm and i cannot stop thinking of her, been wanting just to see her and talk to her and i just miss her. She told me she does want to try and will when she sees me again. I didn’t realise how stupid i was being by being negative and it was just pushing her away, I want to bring back the connection we had for each other, and show her that I’m not being the negative person I was and don’t want to be and that we can be happy together like we were, and for her to hopefully feel something more than just a friend again Our Suggestion: She told you she is willing to try. When you meet, apologize for being stupid and filled with negativity. Admit that it just drove her away. Then the key to getting your relationship back again is to make every possible effort to be with her as much as you can. Schedule dates, talk on the phone or whatever. Send her cards, buy her flowers and have them delivered. In fact you should be doing those things now (cards and flowers). Good luck! George --Your Friendly Advisors at RomanceClass.com
