IS THERE HOPE FOR ME? Suggest Advice Do you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: ON CHRISTMAS DAY I WAS IN THE CAR WITH MY MOM AND I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH MY BOYFRIEND. SHE DECIDED TO ASK ME WHO I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH AND BLURTED OUT A GUY'S NAME THAT JUST RECENTLY CAME IN BETWEEN OUR RELATIONSHIP AND WE HAD TO PATCH IT BACK TOGETHER. HE ASSUMES THAT I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS GUY BECAUSE IT CAME FROM MY MOTHER WHICH REALLY LOOKS OBVIOUS BUT I WANT MY BOYFRIEND BACK.HE HASN'T BEEN HOME SINCE THEN. SHOULD I LET LIFE TAKE ITS COURSE AND IF HE REALLY WANTS TO BE WITH ME HE WOULD COME BACK? Our Suggestion: My advice is to think real hard about what you want. You seem to be willing to go either way and nobody can decide for you. How bad will you feel without him? How much do you think about him?
