She is angry that you are taking her friend away from her. This will be very difficult to deal with. Here are some ideas. First tell your girlfriend that you are going to try to make her friend feel better. One thing is to compliment the friend on how she looks (she will mock this, but you have to convince her you mean it). Another thing is to find a boyfriend for her and then tell her.
