I was living with him for 4 months and ever since the situation I've moved out. Well now im worried bc me and my ex won't be seeing each other everyday that we will drift apart. It scares me because were not official yet but we have grown extremely close. He says he doesn't want a relationship right now but he will still be around and be here for me and we can see each other on the weekends. Well when he calls we only talk for about 5 mins (he says he's never been a person to talk on the phone a lot) we will argue on the phone.but when were in person were so much better laughing and kissing. So I don't know what to do or tell him. Should I just give up on him? Or how could we make it work? I really want to be his official girl not his friend should I just wait things out? Our Suggestion: I am sorry you are in this tough situation. Probably the best thing to do is wait it out and while you are waiting work slowly on building up your relationship. Stop arguing on the phone... that's not going to do you any good. Another thing to try is to make up with his sister-in-law. Eat humble pie and tell here she is right (even if she isn't.) She has to be a little right because nobody is all right or all wrong. If you could move back in with your boyfriend, then you will be all set. Meanwhile, take advantage of the weekends to do fun things and enjoy yourself. He might develop the need to make it official if your weekends are good. Again, don't argue with him on the phone... he told you he isn't good on the phone. With a little patience and good, tender loving and sharing things should get better. Good luck!
