irrational fearSuggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: i'm in love with my best friend but she has a crush on my other best friend. the thing about my other friend is that he's not a smart boy and in his logic, the best way to get her to forget about him is to make out with her. the attempt he made didn't work out so well and she admitted herself she didn't like it and yet she still seems to harbor feelings for him, even though she knows that they would never work out and that he doesn't like her back. this much i know, but recently they've been hanging together because their in this school play together. the facts are 1. he does not like her, and 2. she's trying to get over him, but everyday i worry about what theyre doing when i'm not around. like i said, the boy is not good at using his head and if she makes a move on him, i don't know how he'll handle it.its gotten so bad that i'm actually beginning to visualize him with his tongue down her throat and it's extremely disturbing. i just need to know how to shake off these irrational fears so that we can all just be friends. Our Suggestion: Ask them if you can hang out with them. That way you can keep an eye on them and not feel so jealous. Then ask him if it is ok for you to try to form a close relationship with her. He should say ok since he doesn't like her. Once you and she start getting closer, she will probably become attached to you and things will work out. Good luck!
