okay so there's this guy and me and him and he said that i am his best friend and he tells me almost everything and sometimes asks me for advice about his girlfriend and some of the things he tells she has done makes me feel like he may not be that happy with her but he says he loves her and she loves him but yet he told me that when they started going out like a month ago she was still talking about getting back together with her ex and was seeing him and he came to me for advice on what to do then i told him that hes probably a rebound because they started going out like a month after her ex cheated on her. but he took her back but now hes hanging around me alot more and waits for me after class to walk me to my dorm room then we will hang out for like hours just laughing and having a great time and i'm just really confused because i really care and love him and i don't how to make him see that.

Let time do its thing.

You and he are perfect for each other and your attraction will increase. Then he will break up with her and be with you. Meanwhile, don't do anything to come between him and his girlfriend because you would be leading him into cheating.

Nothing wrong with being a friend and secretly hoping for more.
