I get extremely jealous of his ex. They were together for 5 years and own a house together. She lives at the house and he moved back in with his parents. I find myself constantly comparing myself to her and the things he did for her. He sometimes still does things for her. How do I deal with her being in his life without feeling like she is more important to him than I am? Our Suggestion: You are more important to him because he is with you. That is a bottom line you have to acknowledge. Since he is with you, you are better than she is... especially since they own a home and he is refusing to live with her. Don't expect the world.
