Our Suggestion: You know the old saying, action speaks louder than words. You can ask her out to a special place, bring her flowers, open the car door for her, so all the things a respectful man would do. But you're going to have to do this more than once. You need to be consistent with your kindness and affection. You admit you've hurt her. For some people it takes longer for wounds to heal, and since by your own admission you've done this more than once to her, don't expect her to come around too quickly.
