Cheating on my Boyfriend with my Ex

Me and my boyfriend have been going out for 8 months. He is the best thing that happened to me. I've been starting to get feelings back for my ex of 2 years who is also my boyfriend's best friend. When me and my ex were dating and thought we were the ones for each other. We broke up and stayed friends for 2 years and we have gotten closer since then. Then i got with my boyfriend because of my ex.

Lately I've been wanting to kiss him and a few days ago i did. The next day he told me he still had feeling for me and i have been cheating on my boyfriend since then.

I know we both still love each other but i don't know if this is just something that will go away or will stay with me. I don't know whether or not to tell my ex that we can't keep doing this and don't tell my boyfriend it happened or stop and tell my boyfriend what happened.

Can you help me????

You are only hurting both of these guys by stringing them both along. If you want to be with your ex, your current boyfriend deserves a partner who is loyal and dedicating all her energies to him. If you want to be with your current boyfriend, then your ex deserves to be able to move on and find the girl who is perfect for him.

Either way, absolutely you have to tell your current boyfriend. He is probably going to find out sooner or later - and if he doesn't hear it from you first, he'll be hard pressed to ever trust you again. Your only hope to regain even some tiny bit of trust is to be the one to face up to what you've done and admit the truth. That way he'll have a sense that going forward you will be truthful. If you keep lying and are caught, then he'll figure you'll lie in the future and he'll only know if he catches you.

So sit down, think it out from all sides, and decide who you would rather be with. Then do it. It's harmful to BOTH men to keep playing them along like this.
