Our Suggestion: I think what we have here is a matter of wording :) She does have a relationship with you - you are good friends who go places together, who talk with each other, and who have fun together. She likes you. She enjoys you. But you want, I imagine, to kiss her. And she doesn't want to do that. So what you need to do is help her become comfortable with getting closer, physically, to you.
