He's TAKEN, but he does not LOVE HER?

Do you have some advice for this person?

Visitor's Question:
There's this guy named, K (2 years older) whom I met at a beach party.
He took the initiative to talk to me.

After awhile, we started to play around with each other.
As in we would throw things such as unused tissues, paper plates, plastic water bottles, sand..Etc.

- Made me chased him around the beach
- Tried to put some string on each other's head
- Stole my slippers and wore it. (I ended up fighting with him to get his sneakers, and I wore it)
- Teased me with a Nickname
- Raced against each other

At a certain time, my friend, G asked me to stopped playing with K. (Under some circumstances)

While K was by himself,
He didn't bother to talk to any guys or girls (Not Anti-Social)
He was like in his own world, building a tower out of paper plates and forks.
So G was like never mind, you can entertain him.

Alot my friends said that they could tell that he likes me as he didn't really bothered to talk to other people and by his eyes. (Eyes was said by a male friend of mine)

BUT, K has a girlfriend.
He asked G to lie to his girlfriend that he was stoning at one corner at the party.
While G asked him some questions, this was his reply:

1) Why do you have to lie to her? Don't you love her?

K: No, I don't love her. We broke up once and she got me back.

2) Then would you date (My Name)? <-Me

K: She's still a minor. Next year when she's older, then I'll chase after her.

But the problem is, he's not accepting my Friend Request on Facebook. It's been more than a week. (He used Facebook on his laptop during the Party)
Plus we have not exchanged numbers.
Unable to contact him...

Our Suggestion:
He has made it very clear that you are too young right now and that he wants to wait. So I would not chase him around - it will only make you look desperate, and also, yes, young. If you still like him next year, see if you can catch his eye again. He seems attracted to you, so that is a good place to start.
