I Was ObsessiveSuggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: I met this guy about four months ago he is twentyfour and im seventeen ill be eighteen in three months now. Anyways we were together for three months everything was great until my dad notice that things were gettin serious between us so he said that i cant see him anymore until im eighteen! Well me and him were fine with this ,but i started thinking the worse in the situation see i do this all the time! Well this past saturday i called him way to much and he said stop calling him so i did i wrote him a note and it just told him how sorry i was for what i did and i dropped it off before i went to church! Well i decided to call him after church and we talked and everything was kinda ok, but i asked him what are your feelings for me and be honest dont lie and he told me that he *LOVED ME* so i was kinda ok u know well we got off the phone. The next morning i did the most stupid thing i called him every three mins for an hour an half and he answered and he was pissed and he said what gosh quit calling so much and i was like im sorry and he was mad and he told me that im driving him crazy and that he doesnt love me like he used to. well he had a beep and he hung up with me i try to call him back and he wouldnt answer so i stopped calling him and i didnt call him tuesday and i wrote him a long note saying im sorry and i told him how i felt! Well now we are just friends but we dont talk anymore three months from now im writing him a letter explaining that i feel the same but i need advice on how to get him back bc i love him so much and i think the problem was bad timing with us so any advice on how to get him back let me know please thanks Our Suggestion: The problem wasn't bad timing - the problem was that you were obsessive!! A relationship should always be based on sane behavior, respect and trust. Instead you acted like a love-starved groupie for Justin Timberlake or something! How was he supposed to react? The next thing he knew, you were going to be camped out on his lawn buck-naked and screaming his name out at 2am. One of the BIG worries any older person has is that the younger person isn't mature enough for a relationship, and you didn't do yourself any good at all with your behavior. You need to settle down and start treating him like a BEST FRIEND which is all relationships that work are based on. Don't harass him or treat him like a chia pet. Call him SOMETIMES, maybe a few times a week, to talk. Let him have his time alone. YOU need your time alone. If you literally cannot survive without him then you are obsessed and really need to take a break. That is not healthy. --Your Friendly Advisors at RomanceClass.com
