I'm a very shy person but only in the nightlife I dont understand why i cant ask a girl to dance???.in the day i can talk to girls but when i want to talk in the right moment i just cant!!! I freeze in the moment and everything that i was gonna say just cant say it any more!! I'm 24 and please some serious help

The only thing that is changing is your expectations. During the day, you look at girls as potential friends, as fun people to talk with. So there's no pressure. At night suddenly YOUR brain changes and you are a "hunter" looking for "potential prey". And you freeze up because you're nervous about failing in your mission.

So stop changing the way you think of these women! They are still women, they are still human beings, they still want to have friends and to have fun and everything just like they did in the daytime. Only now instead of you being a fun guy to talk with you are a wolf who is looking at them like a sheep.
