Pregnant from a Kiss?Suggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: i and my boyfriend have been together for a while now. He recently came to visit me because he lives in Africa and i am here. Because we have not seen each other for so long he kissed me. after that i was angry because i am 17 and that was my first kiss. but after 1 week i visited him and we kissed alot. do you think i can get pregnant from a kiss or am i still a virgin. please i need your advice. Our Suggestion: Do you go to school in the UK? I find it surprising that someone who is 17 could be almost ready to graduate from high school and not know where babies come from. That should really be in any basic biology class. Babies aren't created out of saliva, which is all that you share when you kiss. Babies are created from sperm and eggs. The sperm come out of a guy's sex organ. The egg is inside your uterus. The way the sperm gets to the egg is via your vagina. So in order for you to get pregnant, he would have put his sex organ near your vagina, the sperm would have gotten out of his sex organ, gone into your vagina, and in to an egg. And the act of his sex organ going into your vagina is what breaks your hymen, the seal that protects your vagina from dirt and infection. That is what breaks your virginity. You guys were just KISSING, you weren't even doing anything with sex organs. There is no way a kiss has anything to do with making babies. I'd really advise you run down to your local library and get out a simple biology book, this is REALLY REALLY IMPORTANT sort of stuff for a 17 year old to know. You are menstruating, you are sexually mature. You need to understand how your body works. --Your Friendly Advisors at RomanceClass.com
