If he was going to break up with his girlfriend, he should have done that before he started kissing you. He's already proven he's willing to cheat and lie to a girlfriend - do you really think he'd somehow "change" if he ever leaves his current girlfriend? It's far more likely he'd just start cheating on you with someone else when the opportunity presented itself. It's what he likes to do. Give up on him and find someone who isn't taken.
