She says we should break up... but then says no

Do you have some advice for this person?

me and my girlfriend got in a big fight at the movies the other day and she is mad at me and she says that we should breakup and we have been together for a year and 4 months now but now she doesnt wnat to break up but every now and then she says i dont think we should be together but then she says that she loves me i want to stay with her how can i make it up to her about the fight? what if she doesnt say that she loves me too when she i around people that she doesnt feel comforable say it in front of them what does that meen?

Every relationship has its ups and downs, and it sounds like you're in a normal relationship. It might feel very frustrating when things are on the downside, but having been through it before, you can see the other side of it and head toward reuniting and getting on an upswing. The trick is to learn from the previous ones so that the downs are dwindling and the ups are increasing. When she is wanting to break up, make sure that you're understanding the reasons she wants to, and find ways of solving those issues. Find the reason behind the fights, which are usually stemming from insecurity, from fear, from anger, and solve those problems, rather than focusing on the details of the fight itself.
