First Date Friday night now it is Monday Suggest Advice Do you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: I went on a First Date Friday night now it is Monday and I haven't heard from him. He left it at "Let's do this again" and I said that would be nice call me when it's good for you, and he said you can always call me too. We hugged I gave him a peck on the cheek. I emailed him the next day to let him know I enjoyed our date and would love to go on another date. But, have not heard from him. My question is, he intialized "Let's do this again" and basically gave me permission to call him. Does this meean he is interested? Our Suggestion: You've let enough time pass. You can give him a call and say, "hey -- I didn't want to rush things but I thought you'd like to join me going to see Shrek 2. Are you free on Wednesday?" and see what his response is. If you keep the call really light, then he won't take it that you're pushy.
