Believe in him that he's yours, after all, he's been with you three years now, that says something. And just because he finds her attractive doesn't mean he's going to step out on you and go with his brother's girlfriend. He'd be betraying far too many people. As for the thinking of her while having sex with you, you're only going to warp your experiences with no proof and no way to prove otherwise.
