Reason for breaking up was that i was struggling with anxiety and depressionSuggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: I broke up with my girlfriend about six months ago.Reason for breakin up was that i was strugglin with anxiety and depression.unknown to her at the time.i just said to her that i did not want commitment so we ended it.About a month ago i took a chance and contacted her to see if she wanted to meet up.She accepted and we had a nice time.i told her the reason for me splittin up with her.she was upset that i kept it to myself and tried to beat it alone.since then we have been seeing each other without anyone knowin.i mean friends and family.its frustrating as we have to sneak about. But the problem is that her friends are against me because i just dumped her.so she wants to take her time with us cause she is scared of tellin them. She has been going out clubbin alot since we split and everytime she tells me she is going there i get nervous, sweaty, and always think she is going out to pull.why am i like this and when i see her next i question her about her night out and if she is interested in me.She keeps tellin me im bein stupid and she is 100% for us gettin back but wants to take her time. When she is out an dont text for ages i get worried she is with a bloke.can u help me out and advise how i can stop all this stuff and be more relaxed Our Suggestion: Talk with your doctor about getting on some anti-anxiety drugs like Zyprexa. Something to stop the thoughts racing around your head. When you feel compelled to ask her all these questions, write them down on paper. Write it all out and then don't give it to her. You know the questions are stupid, so just get it out of your system but don't give it to her. She's being there for you through a very rough time, don't stress her out more.
