all i seem to do is think of her going out and think the worst will happen.Suggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: Why cant i stay in control.Recently me and my ex have been seeing each other in a view to trying again.everything is going great and we are spendin nice times together.trouble is that as soon as she says she is going out with her friends drinkin i cant help but thinkin the total worst.i go all quiet on her and everyone that im with includin friends, family and at work.all i seem to do is think of her going out and think the worst will happen.I just dont know how to stop thinkin these things and its like im waitin to be hurt.im currently on a course of anti depressants have been for two weeks now.Do you think my tablets are makin like this.im always on edge. She always says im bein silly and stop thinkin things like that.if im out with my friends and see her talkin to a guy i flip out and go marchin over and drag her away accusin her of all sorts. If i upset her im very quick to say sorry and try to talk her round.i cant enjoy other things i do cause of this thinkin.can you help with how to help myself. Our Suggestion: Your medications will not cause you to be jealous. That's what the medication will help to prevent, your going off on her for no reason. Two weeks is too soon ... most medications take a month to get in your system. Have patience. If it's the right stuff for you (and it happens that some meds work better for some people than others, it's finding the right medicine that works for you) then you should feel better in about two weeks. You should take it easy. You should stop yourself before you go accusing her. You have the control over yourself. You just have to exert it. When you're mad at someone, you don't kill them. You have self control. You just have to use it. I'm glad she's seeing you through this very rough time and I wish you the best! --Your Friendly Advisors at RomanceClass.com
