OK MY MOM SAYS I CAN NOT DATE TILL NEXT YEAR BUT THERE IS THIS GUY I REALLY LIKE HE LIKES ME TOO HE HAS MADE SO MANY MOVES WHAT SHOULD I DO I AM AFRAID BY THE TIME I CAN DATE HE WILL HAVE GIVEN UP PLEASE HELP

What you do is spend time with him at school, go do things with groups of kids and he just happens to be in the group. Chat him up on AIM. Email back and forth with him. Talk to him on the phone. You can do all sorts of things without having to call it dating.
