What to talk about with your crush

I know you get a lot of questions similar to the one I'm about to ask, but I could not seem to find the answer on your site.

My question is what to talk about, and I did find that answer, but it was mostly for people who are already going out with who they love, I need to know what conversations to talk about with my crush, to see if he'll like me back. I can never seem to think of what to say to him. I like him alot, I just never know what to say! I can talk to anybdy, but Im shy when I talk to him. What can I do, what to talk about, and flirt with him?

I'm glad at lesat you did look around the site first :) It's natural that you're shy with a crush, because you are concerned about how he'll perceive your responses. You don't care as much with your friends - they're already friends and they accept you for who you really are. But with your crush you're too worried about him accepting you and want to try to change to please him. Which isn't really good, you can never really change to meet someone else's expectations. It's always better to find someone who loves you for what you really are.

But in any case, you at least want to put your best foot forward at the beginning to make a good impression, so he can *get* to learn more about you. People enjoy talking about things they love - so do that. Talk to him about all your favorite hobbies, favorite movies, etc. You'll be happy talking about those things, and people are really drawn to happiness. They want to be a part of that happiness. In the same manner, talk to him about everything HE loves - his hobbies, his pasttimes, his favorite movies and music. That will get *him* happy talking about things he loves, and then he'll remember back to times you've been together and remember how he was happy while with you.

And of course, by sharing with each other the things that make you both really happy, you're building that friendship which is so key.
