I went out with this guy that i really liked a few months ago.Suggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: Before we went out he used to call me and always ask to hang out, and then we started going out and i never really heard/and or saw him much and we broke up i guess thats why. Well i saw him again and now were talking again he told me he still really likes me and wants to start things up again, and i still really like him. So everything was great we hung out and now like a month later he still tells my friends he likes me alot and wants to go out with me again. but now we dont hang out much and i was at a party and all he did was talk to some other girl but he continues to tell everyone likes me alot. Today i found out that he told my friend today that he cant give me what i want and stuff when hes the one who told me that he wanted a real relationship. Im so confused i dont know what to do should i give him another try even though he hasnt made an effort to hang out or call me or should i just get rid of him? Our Suggestion: This is a tough one. What you want in any relationship is to have a closeness with someone who cares about you. But you can't have that closeness if he's never around. Do you think that he's worth it? Do you think that he gives you enough attention that when he's flakey you can still deal with it? Is he good to you in other ways, or does he always just wander away? He may very well have issues with being close to people, he may be afraid of being hurt. I'd suggest sitting down with him and tell him exactly how you feel -- that you want to be with him but don't want to be ignored. Ask him why he behaves like he does, and if he's willing to change to make you happy. The answers will tell you what direction you need to take.
