Met on MMORPGSuggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: Hello, thanks for taking the time to read/answer my inquiry. Now, with that out of the way, here goes: I met a girl over a Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG). I live in CA, and she lives in TN, she is everything I envision in an attractive girl. She has sent me a pic of what she looks like, and she is gorgeous in my eyes, and I plan to show her what I look like. We flirt "heavily" (and I mean "heavily") not cyber-sex and all, for I am a gentleman and wont go that far, just playing around with each other. We really "click" and I wouldn't hesitate to go over to TN to get to know her better, but here's the problem: She has a boyfriend. I have scoured your site looking for a problem like mine, found "some" answers, but not the ultimate "end-all" advice I need. we known each other for about 3-4 months, and she always complained about her BF not setting a date for marriage (they live together) I have supported her marriage engagement, and haven't pressured her to leave or anything. She complained that the BF never set a date, and she even went as far as to say "Marry me, (my name)". I didnt know how to take that, so i laughed. Just yesterday she said the BF set a date for December, which i am happy for, but wondering if there is still time left to see if I have a chance with her. Even though she said the date is Dec. we still flirt a super lot. I'm wondering if this "movie-type" situation has a chance of floating, even though i understand the chance is slim. I believe in an "It's not too late until the {i do's} have been said" and if she does marry him, then i'd happily still be friends with her and leave that chapter of my life with no regrets. I just want to know how good of a shot I have and if there is anything I can do to buy me time to get her to know me better. Thanks for your time. Our Suggestion: Hmmmm... they have set a marriage date of Dec and you want to somehow break that up? This does not seem like a probable thing to happen, but beyond that I would encourage you not to try. She is just flirting with you because you have a good friendship that works well. If you did try to start something serious, you would probably lose her friendship. You have a wonderful friend now, keep it that way. Best wishes, George --Your Friendly Advisors at RomanceClass.com
