Give time a chanceSuggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: I went out with this guy named, "Drew", who is my neighbor. He broke up with me because of touchy reasons. The one that I'll say is that I said I love you way too soon. I've missed him for a while, but I've been trying to get over him completly. We've talked, and we're great friends, but I really wish I could go out with him again. Sometimes I want to make an excuse for him to hold me, or touch me. He's a flirt, and so he'll still flirt around with me. I'm fine with it, but I want him back in one of those ways where your not really sure. Should I try to get back with him, or move on? Help me. -kt Our Suggestion: Give it time. Continue to be good friends with him and slowly let it be known that you still care for him. This will take patience, but that's the best advice I have. It's rarely a good idea to blurt out "I love you" because it puts too much pressure on the other person. Better to let the relationship grow more slowly.
